Shipping policy

We do our best to ship everything on time and right away. Some publications are print-on-demand and could take a few extra days. If there are any delays with your items, we will notify you right away. 

 

Please note, all NOAA Print-On-Demand Charts take 1-3 business days to print in house. All charts are printed on waterproof type paper and then rolled up and packed in a shipping tube so there are no creases in your charts. We are very careful when shipping charts and make sure to get you the most up to date ones available. Canadian Charts come from the CHS Office and can take 7-10 days to process, receive and ship out to you.
