[Use this sign, and not S-98, if any of your bulk cargo has hazards in addition to or other than flammability. Black print on white background in 3" letters is specified by 46 CFR 153.955. Since this sign has no borders, you may trim the "No Smoking" and "No Open Lights" wording if the cargoes carried on board are neither flammable nor combustible. During cargo transfer, one sign must face the shore while another sign must face the water. This means that you will need two signs!]
